We are happy to announce that all the households supported by Makindu Children's Program have received at least two Galla goats to provide each family with reliable, daily nutrition! In addition, the goats provide opportunities for individual’s financial growth and prosperity. One of the most resourceful animals in Kenya, the Galla goat can do so much good for a family in need.
We are 120 goats shy of reaching our goal of 3 goals for each family! Three goats per family will ensure that at least one goat is pregnant and milking at all times, providing uninterrupted nutrition.
