Since this project funded on January 10th, you have already helped three battered mothers with seven children escape abuse by providing bus and train tickets.
The need for immediate danger to safety transportation is so great for American mothers and their children fleeing for their lives. Here is a part of an email from one battered American mother:
"I was so afraid fleeing Mexico. My husband is very well connected. Getting out by bus took such a long time. At every stop I looked out the window thinking he was following me. My children and I are safe now because you helped us."
We will be able to help many more battered American mothers and their children in 2016 because of you! Thank you so very much for your generosity! The AODVC Team
