School year: 5th grade.
He gets attention in nutrition, providing a balanced diet according to his age, we also management for health care. He was accompanied from psychology, pedagogy and social work to strengthen the family.
Progress:
He improved nutritional status, academic performance and relationship with his family.
Brayan has demonstrated adequate skills at the time to socialize with his peer group, peers will show great appreciation for his good behavior.
Within the corporation, he is respectful and friendly to the adult, respects workshops routines and rules of the corporation.
Care Plan:
Continue to provide support from the different areas of focus.
Manage audiology appointment and determine the treatment plan to follow.
Guide the mother in the use and linking her children to social networking groups for the proper use of leisure time, especially on weekends.
Strengthen sports, achieving permanency in football classes to develop discipline, autonomy and respect.
