Progress Report
Last year as the monsoons were very heavy and the damage they caused to our & children’s homes was massive. The roofs’ were blown away, tiles were broken and a lot of water was leaking through the roof into the house. At that point of time we needed to urgently repair the roof and hence we used the money kept aside for the Christmas gifts and used it for repairs. Thus we created this project to help us raise funds for Christmas presents for the children and we are so very grateful for all the love and support that you have shown to our children by donating. By your donations, we were able to not only buy presents for the children but also have a small celebration for the children on Christmas day along with a special meal.
On Christmas day the smile that came on the children’s faces as we gave them their presents was beautiful. The children enjoyed the special Christmas lunch. They also went for carol singing to different places in Goa and were treated to some delicious goodies.
All in all, Christmas at El Shaddai was celebrated in a wonderful & joyful way. All the children were so happy & blessed with the little celebrations that we had. This was definitely possible with your support. Even as this project has now retired, we look forward to your continuous support for our other projects in the future.
Lots of love & blessings from the El Shaddai Family!
