Andrés has benefited from comprehensive care through psychology, social work, nutrition, health, recreation and sports.
Progress: significant achievements in socialization, dramatically improving the relationship with peers and adults. He advanced in the academic process achieving the objectives of the previous year and goes to fifth grade in 2016. A nutritional and health level improved child weight and height, presents normal physical signs and good food consumption.
Care plan: Continue to improve the nutritional status of children through complementary supply that favors their development and growth rate. Educational activities to promote the development of children's autonomy to promote skills of daily living and personal independence will be implemented.
