This microproject provided funds that were able to support the children of Dayspring as they started school this year. These are not just dollar signs, rather symbols of empowerment and strength. An education is one of the most powerful tools to help the children both further their education and make something of themselves when they're adults. Here at blossom, we whole-heartedly believe knowledge is power.
Donations went towards paying for various school materials. Mostly physical needs like notebooks, utensils and annual fees. This ensured the children were properly equiped for their classes and studies. We are planning to continue fundraising for their uniforms throughout this year, as the chidren are outgrowing the ones they currently have and will need new ones by the start of the next school year.
