Hi there Fruit Tree Enthuasiasts!
We had SUCH a great time bringing to life new schoolyard orchards across Arizona last month, and we have YOU to thank for contributing to the progress. The Fruit Tree Planting Foundation believes whole-heartedly that introducing children, especially those in lower-income communities and food deserts, to the beauty, intrigue, and deliciousness of fruit trees can have a lasting, tangible effect on health and wellbeing. We see it in the smiles, the laughs, and the dirty hands at every school orchard we plant!
And with that, we wanted to share some of our favorite photos of the proejcts with you, becuase sometimes, a picture says more than words...especially when it comes to kids!
