This project will provide a year of nutritious food for Noldy. Six year old Noldy arrived at the HTDC orphanage in 2010 with his brother and sister. His dad made the heart breaking decision to leave Noldy at the orphanage after his wife died in the earthquake, leaving him with eight children he couldn't afford to care for. Noldy has settled in well, but without nutritious meals to keep him growing, Noldy's future will be bleak.
As an orphan, Noldy is among the most vulnerable of Haitian children. There isn't a nationwide child protection service operating in Haiti to provide for his basic needs. That means that, without your help, Noldy may have to go without nutritious meals, leaving him more vulnerable to illness and less healthy.
