A year of meals for Mudoleine

A microproject by International Disaster Volunteers (IDV)
A year of meals for Mudoleine

This project will provide a year of nutritious food for Mudoleine. Mudoleine is 11 years old arrived at the orphanage in 2010 with her two brothers. Her dad made the heart breaking decision to leave Mudoleine at the orphanage after his wife died in the earthquake, leaving him with eight children he couldn't afford to care for. Mudoleine is a bright, cuddly child who loves to play with her brothers. But without nutritious meals to keep her growing, Mudoleine's future will be bleak.

As an orphan, Mudoleine is among the most vulnerable of Haitian children. There isn't a nationwide child protection service operating in Haiti to provide for her basic needs. That means that, without your help, Mudoleine may have to go without nutritious meals, leaving her more vulnerable to illness and less healthy.

By donating today, you'll help us provide the food Mudoleine needs to stay healthy.

Long-Term Impact

A healthy, balanced diet prevents illness and promotes healthy growth. By providing the nutritious food Mudoleine needs, you're preventing illness and helping her grow up strong!
