A year of meals for Jameson

A microproject by International Disaster Volunteers (IDV)
A year of meals for Jameson

This project will provide a year of nutritious food for Jameson. Jameson is 10 years old and came to the HTDC orphanage when his mom moved to Port-au-Prince to work as a maid. Although his mom works hard Jameson can't live with her. Despite this Jameson is very helpful around the orphanage. But without nutritious meals to keep him growing, Jameson's future will be bleak.

As an orphan, Jameson is among the most vulnerable of Haitian children. There isn't a nationwide child protection service operating in Haiti to provide for his basic needs. That means that, without your help, Jameson may have to go without nutritious meals, leaving him more vulnerable to illness and less healthy.

By donating today, you'll help us provide the food Jameson needs to stay healthy.

Long-Term Impact

A healthy, balanced diet prevents illness and promotes healthy growth. By providing the nutritious food Jameson needs, you're preventing illness and helping him grow up strong!
