A year of meals for Chinaidine

A microproject by International Disaster Volunteers (IDV)
A year of meals for Chinaidine

This project will provide a year of nutritious food for Chinaidine. Chinaidine's mother was unable to meet her basic needs because of poverty, so she was forced to abandon Chinaidine at the HTDC orphanage. Today, she's one of the orphanage's most social children - a real social bee! Thanks to the hard work of HTDC staff and the generosity of donors like you, Chinaidine is doing great, but without nutritious meals to keep her growing, Chinaidine's future will be bleak.

As an orphan, Chinaidine is among the most vulnerable of Haitian children. There isn't a nationwide child protection service operating in Haiti to provide for her basic needs. That means that, without your help, Chinaidine may have to go without nutritious meals, leaving her more vulnerable to illness and less healthy.

By donating today, you'll help us provide the food Chinaidine needs to stay healthy.

Long-Term Impact

A healthy, balanced diet prevents illness and promotes healthy growth. By providing the nutritious food Chinaidine needs, you're preventing illness and helping her grow up strong!
