This project will provide a year of nutritious food for Wilson. Wilson is eleven years old. Wilson was brought to the orphanage by his grandparents. They made the difficult choice to give him up because they couldn't afford to feed or educate him, and they wanted him to have a bright future. Wilson is one the orphanage's best students - he simply loves school. But without nutritious meals to keep him growing, Wilson's future will be bleak.
As an orphan, Wilson is among the most vulnerable of Haitian children. There isn't an effective nationwide child protection service operating in Haiti to provide for his basic needs. This means that, without your help, Wilson may have to go without nutritious meals, leaving him more vulnerable to illness and less healthy.
