Vigen and the team at Zartonk-89 set out to understand their path to success. By using the Theory of Change tool, they demonstrated Zartonk 89’s commitment to becoming more effective. Read their Listen, Act, Learn. Repeat. story.
Through community support and development, Zartonk-89 strives to provide basic education to children marginalized from society and to prevent their exploitation and social disbalance. Earlier this year, they faced the challenge of uniting their team around a common strategy.
Vigen and the Zartonk-89 team used the Theory of Change tool to break down their plan for making their goals a reality. Step-by-step, they plotted out who they were trying to help, how they would do it, and how they would measure their impact.
By performing the Theory of Change tool as a team, Zartonk-89 was able to visualize their long term goals of building better social conditions for children and identify their largest barriers to organizational success.
“This tool helped all the members of our team to understand their role in our organization and how they can contribute to the future promotion of the project and highlight new problems.”
— Vigen, Zartonk-89 Project Leader
