As GlobalGiving's Senior Manager of Insights, Regional Advisory, and Partnerships, Rujuta gathers insights from nonprofit partners across the world to inform, influence, and strengthen our program strategy. She also develops and delivers regionally appropriate initiatives. Prior to joining GlobalGiving, Rujuta co-founded and led a nonprofit in India that focused on raising gender-equitable boys. She holds a bachelor's degree in English literature and a postgraduate diploma in journalism. When not at work Rujuta enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, traveling, reading stories, and dancing with her two children.
