Reed Young is a member of the 2018 GlobalGiving Field Program. He visited nonprofits in Indonesia and Australia as a field traveler. Reed joined the program to learn more about creative community-led solutions to local issues and GlobalGiving’s role in transforming international aid. Reed is from Washington, D.C., and has worked with community efforts in the past, including fighting tenant displacement in Oakland, CA and sharing stories about homelessness in Colorado Springs, CO.
