Leena visited more than 30 organizations in Uganda and Rwanda and is excited to use her business and data analytics experiences for social good. Originally from Sudan, Leena looks forward to understanding how GlobalGiving’s model of funding local groups compares to the existing economic development theory that multilateral aid through governments can remedy poverty. In her free time, you can find Leena exploring the DC restaurant scene, attending music festivals, and cheering on her ailing Arsenal team.
