Heema is the Evaluations and Outreach Officer at dZi Foundation. She is from the village of Jalapa, Khotang in Nepal and hopes to get back to her roots through her work with rural communities in eastern Nepal. She has a bachelor's degree in agriculture engineering and a master's in rural development. She has been with dZi, a GlobalGiving partner, since 2014.
