As Development Manager with ActionAid USA, Caitlin supports foundation partnerships and individual donor engagement in order to advance ActionAid’s work around the world. Prior to joining ActionAid USA, she spent more than three years each with ChildFund International and World Food Program USA managing grant writing, reporting, and donor engagement needs. With an M.A. in international development studies from George Washington University, Caitlin has completed fellowships and community development research in Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Ghana, and Mexico.
