Through a combination of income streams and initiatives — including 11.11% of all Substack revenue, donation-based events, and community fundraising initiatives, we are committed to redistributing resources toward global healing efforts via GlobalGiving.
About the Project
The Mukti Method is a trauma-informed, somatic and spiritual healing practice that supports individuals in returning to their truth, their body, and their inner freedom through the liberation of suffering. Through yoga classes, private sessions, meditations, and community offerings, this work guides people toward nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and soul alignment.
But Mukti Method isn’t just about personal healing. It is rooted in the belief that liberation must extend beyond the self.
That’s why the Mukti Method Foundation was born - to create a ripple effect of care, giving, and empowerment.
This initiative raises funds through:
- 11.11% of all Mukti Method Substack revenue (classes, subscriptions, sessions)
- Donation-based masterclasses, yoga events, and community activations
- Crowdfunding efforts tied to global emergencies or seasonal campaigns
All funds raised are directed toward vetted, high-impact GlobalGiving projects that support:
- Vulnerable children and families
- Mental health and trauma recovery
- Women’s empowerment and education
- Climate justice and ecological restoration
- Animal protection and global disaster relief
The Bigger Picture
This is a long-term vision. While the Mukti Method Foundation is currently hosted under the Mukti Method platform, the ultimate goal is to evolve into a fully registered nonprofit organization with its own programs and direct global impact.
