Mukti Method Foundation: A Call to Collective Healing & Action
Mukti Method Foundation is the giving arm of Mukti Method — a soul-led platform devoted to healing, emotional liberation, and spiritual awakening. But true liberation doesn’t stop at the individual. It extends outward — to communities, countries, and our shared humanity.
🌍 Right now, we are urgently raising funds for two trusted humanitarian organizations working directly on the ground in Syria and the Democratic Republic of Congo — where millions are facing the daily reality of displacement, trauma, and survival under crisis conditions.
💔 The scale of devastation is heartbreaking:
In Syria, over 15 million people are in need of urgent humanitarian aid after years of war, displacement, and economic collapse. Mental health trauma runs deep, especially for women and children.
In the Congo, more than 6.9 million people are currently displaced due to armed conflict, food insecurity, and disease — one of the world’s most overlooked humanitarian crises.
🙏🏽 Please note: while we initially aimed to include Gaza in this campaign, ongoing blockades and restrictions on international aid have made it impossible for GlobalGiving’s vetted partners to currently operate on the ground. As soon as safe, legal access is restored, we remain committed to supporting relief efforts there.
How You Can Help
✨ From now until the end of July, 2/3 of proceeds from all Mukti Method group yoga classes will be donated to this emergency relief campaign. The remaining 1/3 will go to Gaza fundraiser via my GoFundMe that I created seperately.
✨ We are also inviting additional donations from those who feel called to give beyond class participation. Every offering — large or small — matters deeply.
This fundraiser supports two high-impact, vetted projects via GlobalGiving, providing:
Emergency aid (food, shelter, medical care)
Mental health and trauma recovery
Protection and empowerment of vulnerable women and children
On-the-ground support by local teams who know their communities best

Donation-based yoga, events & community offerings
Conscious fundraising aligned with collective healing
Though we're still building toward becoming a fully registered nonprofit, this is how we act now — through tangible support, rooted in compassion and solidarity.
