Dr. Pat Hourigan was on the founding board of Fellow Mortals; he developed the lavage procedure used to treat hundreds of lead poisoned geese, swans and ducks; he used bioresonance to help hawks and acupuncture to help beavers and performed hundreds of surgeries in the more than two decades he worked with the wildlife brought to Fellow Mortals for care. He visited the wild patients who could not come to him. Fellow Mortals would not be the same organization it is today, if not for Dr. Pat.
