BMC Software | California Wildfires #BMCCares

California is once again facing a devastating wildfire crisis, with multiple fires threatening communities across Los Angeles and Southern California. Tragically, lives have been lost, tens of thousands of families have been forced to evacuate, and countless individuals have suffered significant injuries.

How You Can Help
BMC Software has launched this fundraiser on the GlobalGiving platform to actively support wildfire relief and recovery efforts, and we encourage our ecosystem to join us in making a difference. Your donations will provide critical aid—such as food, water, and shelter—to those impacted by the wildfires. Through this fundraiser on the GlobalGiving platform, it's easy, quick, and safe to support the people on the ground who understand the needs of their communities better than anyone else. These local organizations were there long before the news cameras arrived, and they’ll remain long after the cameras leave. With their deep knowledge and commitment, they are making their communities more resilient to future disasters and are already hard at work. GlobalGiving ensures that donations and grants go directly into their hands, bypassing the inefficiencies of the traditional approach, where the majority of funding often goes to a few large organizations. Every dollar raised through this initiative will support vetted nonprofits uniquely equipped to provide swift and meaningful assistance to those affected.
