In times of great challenge, the ancient traditions of the Himalayas remind us of the power of vibration, resonance, and collective healing. We invite you to join us for a special sound healing session dedicated to supporting the people of Nepal as they recover from the devastating impact of recent flooding.
The Himalayan singing bowl, an instrument deeply rooted in the spiritual and cultural history of the region, has long been used to restore harmony, ease tension, and foster a sense of inner peace. By bringing these ancient sounds into our community, we aim to channel that same spirit of restoration toward those currently facing the aftermath of this disaster.
All proceeds from this session will be donated directly to relief efforts, providing essential aid to families and communities working to rebuild their lives. Together, we will use the soothing frequencies of these sacred bowls to create a space of calm, connection, and tangible support. Please join us in honoring the resilience of the people of Nepal and contributing to their path toward recovery.

For those of you who cannot join us for the live event, please consider donating and supporting this effort. This cause is particularly meaningful to me because I have recently completed levels I and II of the Atma Buti Sound Healing Method. This practice and it's teachers, which has deep roots in the Himalayan valleys of Nepal, has been a transformative journey for me, and I feel a strong connection to the people and the land from which it originates. In light of the recent tragedy, I wanted to give back to the community that has given so much to this tradition.
