Urgent Climate Action appeal - coral reef bleaching event

As part of GVI Charitable Programs "The 6th Mass Extinction" campaign, GVI Cap Ternay will be conducting a range of activities to raise awareness and help tackle the current conservation and climate crisis we all face. On and around Earth Day (April 22nd), we will be conducting environmental lessons with local school children, and hosting a community marine session with snorkelling and a beach clean. As well as raising awareness, we also aim to raise 1,000 GBP to help fund our long term coral monitoring and local capacity building programs. Due to a current coral bleaching event, there is an urgent need to gather data before, during and after the event.
Our project has been selected for 100 % match funding through Global Givings Climate Action campaign, for all donations up to 100 USD (up to a total of 2000 USD) received 19th - 23rd of April, Eastern Time. Please help us to reach our target before its too late!
