This year marks my 10th anniversary as a volunteer with Engineers Without Borders Argentina.
Over the past decade, I have had the opportunity to help build a kindergarten with my own hands, and later to technically coordinate the construction of another one. I’ve seen firsthand how safe, well-designed spaces can truly transform children’s lives.
Since moving to Europe, I have continued volunteering as part of our fundraising team, helping secure the resources needed to make these projects possible.
This year, we are joining GlobalGiving’s Little by Little campaign, where donations are matched for a limited time. That means your contribution can go even further.
We are now working alongside Libertad Eterna to build a sports and recreational center for more than 300 vulnerable children in Argentina. The space will include a multipurpose court, playground areas, a vegetable garden, and green spaces — creating a safe environment for learning, playing, and growing.
Access to sports and safe community spaces is not just recreation. It builds confidence, strengthens teamwork, supports education, and helps prevent social exclusion.
If you can contribute — even a small amount — it truly makes a difference.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
