Our mission is to provide critical healthcare, food assistance, and educational empowerment to those in need, fostering healthier, stronger, and more empowered individuals who can thrive and contribute to a brighter future. The Outreach Ministry Foundation was born out of a passionate commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of the less privileged in Lagos State, Nigeria, and globally. Our founder, Simon Osamwonyi, a visionary and compassionate individual, recognized the pressing need to address the challenges the less privileged face in the region. With a burning desire to uplift and empower them, he embarked on a mission to create a better tomorrow for the less privileged representing our nation's future. Founding Principles: Compassion and Care: Every human being deserves access to basic necessities such as healthcare, food, and education, regardless of their background or circumstances. Empowerment Through Action: Providing tools, resources, and mentorship that empower individuals, especially young boys, to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Sustainability and Growth: Building long-term solutions that promote sustainable development in communities, addressing the root causes of poverty, hunger, and lack of education. Inclusivity and Equality: We serve all individuals equally, ensuring that every person, regardless of age, gender, or status, is treated with dignity and respect. Collaboration and Community: Partnering with local communities, volunteers, and organizations to maximize the impact of our initiatives and create a collective sense of ownership and responsibility. Goals: Expand Medical Outreach: Provide accessible healthcare to at least 5,000 underserved individuals annually through medical camps, clinics, and health education programs. Eradicate Hunger: Establish sustainable food programs that deliver nutritional support to 5,000 people, focusing on hunger relief in vulnerable communities. Empower the Boy Child: Launch mentorship and educational programs that empower 1,000 boys each year, helping them build skills, confidence, and leadership qualities. Community Engagement and Development: Create partnerships with local communities, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure continuous support and growth, aiming for self-sustaining development in target regions. Global Awareness and Advocacy: Raise awareness globally about the issues of hunger, lack of access to healthcare, and the unique challenges faced by boys in underserved communities, engaging stakeholders to contribute to lasting change. Through compassion, dedication, and collaboration, Outreach Ministry Foundation seeks to create lasting, positive impacts in the lives of individuals and communities, laying the groundwork for a healthier, more equitable world.
