Grace working through uncertain times

"Either we die from the virus or we die from hunger"

- José, second grade Grace student

For 215 students who work in the trash dump, at Grace Project, two months off class is not only delaying their studies but two months without a clean and proper meal.

Consider supporting Grace through this Covid-19 crisis in:

Feeding Outreach Program: We have been giving away food provision for all of our families through all of this quarantine period. Most of our students eat food they have found in the dump, due to not having anything to eat in their houses.

Distance Education: We continue with the school period through homeschool programs and virtual platforms. But the school year is just beginning and through quarantine time we are spending more supplies, due to distance education.

Covid-19 hygiene kit: To be able to provide awareness in the trash dump community, we added in our annual budget, hygiene supplies to prevent Covid-19 spreading. With a budget of $250 monthly, to provide a prevention kit to ALL of our families and cleaning supplies in our school.

"For our students "stay at home" only makes sense

when they have food on their tables and hope for their future." - Pastor Jeony, Grace Director

Beginning of 2020 Academic Year in Grace

213 Reasons to fight!

With 213 students in Grace on this 2020, our hope is to witness God's glory through provision, safety, growth, health, academic achievements and transformed hearts. 213 reasons to fight as we walk the extra mile into serving our children.

Six different communities served, 4 year old children to 50 years old adults are coming together everyday to study. The community is waking up and realizing that education is the answer. Seventh graders are setting the example, mothers are making up time and everybody is excited for their new uniforms and school supplies. Teenagers are falling in love and children are making new friends. Spending way less time in the dump and more in the classrooms, we live through Philippians 4:13.
To God be the eternal glory!
