We believe in people and their capacity for action. Vision: A society where all people thrive with equality, dignity, freedom and in harmony with nature. Values that move us: Action, Humanism, Independence, Universality. Development model: We believe in people and in the power of action. We involve the most disadvantaged groups in their own change to achieve sustainable development and social justice. The strength of the community is the basis of our actions, which has given rise to a benchmark model in the framework of cooperation. Our development program works in all areas essential for transformation: education, health, housing, ecology and especially vulnerable groups, women and people with disabilities. Our challenges: FVF's greatest pride is to be part of a development process in rural areas undertaken by the most vulnerable and discriminated people who have stood up to resignation and joined forces to create economically and socially sustainable communities. Our project ensures the care for one another, the protection of the most vulnerable children, the of women, the inclusion of people with disabilities and respect for nature. Our work in India: We support rural communities in the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to develop sustainable projects that improve their education, healthcare, housing and the environment in which they live. We work with particularly vulnerable groups: children, women and people with disabilities, so that they can move towards a more just and equal future. Our work in Nepal: Nepal is the first country where we have expanded our action beyond India. There we develop projects that focus on promoting the education and inclusion of the most vulnerable children and on supporting other groups such as adults with mental health problems and their caregivers who, in most cases, are their adolescent sons and daughters.
