Shad's mission is to empower exceptional high school students to reach their full potential through immersive, hands-on learning experiences. Shad focuses on fostering innovation, creativity, and leadership in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM). Through transformative signature summer programs, Shad equips youth with the skills, mindsets, and networks needed to drive positive change, preparing them to solve real-world challenges and take their place as leaders and changemakers.
