Women are the beginning and ending of each chapter of life. For the empowerment, social development, self-respect, dignified life and increase self-reliance  of marginalized deprived women, on 8th March 2019, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation, celebrated womens day with joy in village Badi, Rajgarh and peesagan, Ajmer.  Mending the rift of rich and poor, women, of many casts, SHGs, religion participated in the program. The main theme as in 2019 was ''#Better the Balance ~ Better The World'' and this theme has major place in current event of women's day.

In order to maintain the dignity and respect of women in the society, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan celebrated the women's day as a festival. Several programs on the women's day were held by the organization in the villages Badi, Pisangan and Rajgarh. More than 300 women of different age groups participated in the programs. Renowned women members of the society inaugurated the program and lightening the lamp. The renowned women members of the society shared their story of success and their experiences in the program to inspire other women.

The women's day was celebrated as a festival by Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan. In the program, women participants played several games as chair-race, kho-kho, spoon race, solving riddles and the first among them was rewarded. Girs and women from different age groups played the games and won several prizes.

On the occasion, a debate and a quiz competion were also held by Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan. In debate competition, women expressed their thoughts and views on girl education, Gender Equality, End Child Marriage and female foeticide. Women participants performed a role-play in whcih their act conveyed a sarcastic message on the social evils to the society. The group performed best was awarded to motivate them.

A workshop was also held in the women's day celebration program on various social evils as dowry, child marriage, female foeticide etc. In the workshop, the participants were expressed that women play a major role in the society, therfore, female foeticide must be prohibited so that gender equality should be maintained in the society. On the ocassion, in order to aware women, an awareness rally was also held in which women roamed in streest and conveyed awareness message to the society through slogans. After the workshop and rally, women supported the program by taking participate in the signature campaign and made the program success.

Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan also organized a very special program "Saas-Bahu (Mother in law, Daughter in law) Sammelan" for mother-in-laws and daughter-in-laws of the villages where questions were asked from them. In addition to this, their came to know about their views on female foeticide. At the end of the seminar, it was decided that the villages will organization 11 plantation program whenever a girl child is born in the village. The mother and daughter in-laws accessed their mutual undertanding through the quiz competition and they were rewarded.

Delicious food was served to all more then 300 women present in Women Day program by Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan. Month March 2019 became a Remarkable day for all those women. They all were happy which was seen on her faces. It seemed that all those deprived women had all the happiness of the world. In that Respect, we can say that this "INTERNATIONAL women day" had become a Remarkable day for the marginalized deprived women with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation.

At the completion of the program, memento was given to the renowned 21 women members of the society to honour them. Along with this, women work in the employment sector were also honored for encouraging other women.

RSKS India will be celebrating women day whole of this march month, since we have many Beneficiary & CBO groups in many villages.

RSKS India Wishes you Happy women's Day!!

We thank you from the core of our heart for your valuable support through GlobalGiving.

In order to preserve humanity in the society, Humanity program is being run by the Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan in which Honorable organization GlobalGiving and cooperation of donors remains important. The main objective of this project is providing relief to needy people. Under this project, following program was organized by the RSKS organization.

T.B MDR & XDR Patient relief:  To give relief seven people suffering from T.B. MDR, protein-rich food items was distributed them by RSKS organization. All these T.B. patient are from different backgrounds and financially weak, due to which they could not get protein-rich diet properly. These patient were distributed various types of pulses like Channa pulse, Moong pulse, Soyabean pulse etc.by the RSKS organization. Protein bar, Eggs tray were also distributed them .Regular consumption of all these protein-rich food ingredients will make all these patients healthier quickly.

Health of all T.B. MDR patients is improving and their weight has also increased. The team is confident that patients will soon become completely healthy and perform their daily activities smoothly. All these patients thank with whole heartedly the RSKS organization and Donors.

Elderly women relief: Under the humanity project, distribution of ration material to the elderly women living separately from their family is done by the RSKS organization. At this age , helpless old women get obligate to have two times food. Family members leave  them helpless. When they need more of love and affection then they have to bear disdain and humiliation.

In this session the entire material of the ration was distributed to them by the RSKS organization for food security of these poor and helpless old women. Seven women in the rural area were given various ingredients like flour, various pulses, spices, salt, rice, sugar, oil, soap etc. When these ration material was given to these women, then wave of joy had on their faces. All old women blessed the RSKS team. Now these women will be able to eat two-time food with respect, for which the old women thank the RSKS organization and Donor.
