Ndileka founded the orphan center in her house in 2005 because of the high rate of mortality due to HIV/AIDS especially women who live their young children without support and people to take care of them. The Siyaphambili Orphan Village takes care of 250 orphaned and vulnerable children "OVCs" and includes 85 grandparents, 35 CHILD headed Households and 25 Teen mothers. It serves a hot lunch daily to all and full meals for the children in residence, currently 7 in number, though the number fluctuates up to 35 and many more show up to be fed daily.
