Senior Volunteers Making a Difference

Our group of resident volunteers (average 80 years and older) make a difference in purple. Residents who were active community volunteers before moving to Cedar Village, or have a new interest in volunteer work, do weekly projects and take monthly outings to volunteer at organizations in the community, such as the Ronald McDonald House, Crayons to Computers, and local homeless shelters. Our resident volunteers plan each project and outing collaboratively, wearing their purple volunteer shirts. project reportread updates from the field
