Furtherance to vocational training of adults with disability perceived on their skills were honed through “Making Of Welcome Rose” in this activity, they were trained in cutting foam in flower shape, role them, color them along with fixing stick to flower. Their eye–hand co-ordination and coloring-pasting skills were also sharpened. Apart from this, children elated in welcome rose making activity and engaged with full zeal & zest and enthusiasm. The uniqueness of “Welcome Rose” is perceived in all get-togethers, functions for welcome of students as “forever young flower”.

Along  with this, making of Heena cone, paper bag, gardening and stitching training were provide to adults with  disability  as per their interest  by vocational teachers. It would definitely an attempt to make them busy in such productive work nurturing them – securing future with hope & dignity.

With particular reference to ongoing vocational training of adults with disability. We have speed up the process of identification of new disabled and the number goes up to 35.Intially,vocational training have provided in art and craft that is making greeting cards,deepak decoration during festive season. It has definitely enhanced their skills in vocational aspects and there by building self confidence sofar.They have also provided training in wooden article making viz. Lampshades,Laxmi pagliya set etc.In nutshell, vocational training has become vital tool for updating themselves professionally, leading to dignified life in society. During vocational training they have been provided complete details about the products to be made by trainers and then through proper task analysis article is made.

As we start working in this project in Beawer (Ajmer) from April 1, 2017 identification process of 25 disabeled is complete after consultation  with parents and after assessing the existing skills the work of these adults were put in to the stationary and deco trade. Considering the festive time, focus was given on making decorative Rakhis as well as few adults are getting trainings in bati (Wick of candle making) making. New 13 adult with disabilities have been indentified in this quarter and community and parents counseling process is going on for identification of new 15 children with special needs.
