Many have been excluded from the labor market due to unpaid caregiving responsibilities, and when they seek to return, they face significant barriers such as age bias, outdated skills, and limited access to opportunities. We place a strong social focus on supporting women facing economic vulnerability and limited access to education or training. We support their reintegration into the workforce or the creation of sustainable businesses through training, mentorship, and a strong, supportive community that fosters confidence and belonging.
