REDCO exists to foster resilient communities that are sufficiently educated, economically empowered and possess enough social capital in order to overcome a vicious cycle of poverty and communal conflict. RECDO exists to create awareness and building capacity of the people in the community and youths in the society through their livelihood and school based education for building a economic self-sufficient society with inclusive gender equality, disability, climate change and promoting peace building among the diversified communities
