Since 2020, we have reached 234 households and caregivers across 6 communities with skills training, economic empowerment, and micro-grants. Additionally, we have supported 1,085 vulnerable orphans, adolescents, and at-risk youth in education, digital literacy, and ART/PrEP adherence awareness-helping them stay healthy, rebuild livelihoods, and build resilience. We focus on the most vulnerable households, including widows, orphaned and vulnerable children (OVCs), internally displaced families, and youth from HIV-affected homes, who face poverty, stigma, disrupted education, and loss of livelihood. Our mission is to equip these families with health awareness, education access, practical skills, and sustainable income opportunities that restore stability and protect children. Our programs include HIV treatment adherence support, school reintegration support, livelihood vocational training, digital skills development, and climate-smart economic empowerment, all designed to move households and communities from crisis to long-term resilience. Rather than providing temporary relief alone, we invest in family-centered empowerment, encouraging adolescents and at-risk youth to live healthy lives, helping caregivers earn income, enabling children to return to school, and strengthening communities to withstand future shocks. All programs are skills-based, measurable, and designed in partnership with the communities we serve to ensure dignity, inclusion, and sustainable impact. We operate with transparency, accountability, and locally led solutions, aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, including good health and well-being, quality education, gender equality, decent work, reduced inequalities, and climate action. By empowering vulnerable families today, we help build resilient communities for tomorrow.
