Mission

NaijaCoder, Inc is a non-profit organization (registered tax-exempt 501(c)(3) with EIN 88-3205893) that was founded with one major goal in mind: the proliferation of computer science education throughout Nigeria. To achieve this goal, we will target early-stage development of technical, critical-thinking, and communications skills from the secondary school level. The future of Nigeria lies in its youth. However, youth in Nigeria have little exposure to computer programming. This lack of exposure hinders future opportunities (e.g., for being hired to work on software products or starting a technical company).
