To provide Mentorship and Growth opportunities for women of African descent who would through their success, inspire future generations of women to pursue their dreams and create positive change in their lives and communities 2. To create safe spaces for conversations that matter, we give women of African descent essential tools to "push past pains," which stand on their path to becoming change makers at home, work, and in communities in Africa and the diaspora. At She-EO, we think globally while tackling local challenges.
