Centro Mexicano Alzheimer (CMA) is a non-profit organization, pioneer, and innovator in mental health care in Mexico. Through an interdisciplinary team, and with a deep human sense, we support people with dementia, family members and caregivers online and in person with drug-free therapies. The non-drug therapy applied is a scientific German model adapted to the Latin American context called MAKS. Centro Mexicano Alzheimer is a member of the Global HelpAge International Network, a global alliance that defends the rights of older people with 171 member organizations in 90 countries. We work closely with HelpAge International to support the needs and rights of older people in Mexico.
