L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth honors extraordinary women who selflessly volunteer their time to serve their communities. This signature philanthropic program embodies the L’Oréal Paris belief that every woman is worth it by elevating women who find beauty in giving back. For 18 years, L’Oréal Paris has honored women who uplift their communities through service. These non-profit leaders, our Women of Worth, each receive a financial grant to support their charitable cause, mentorship from the L’Oréal Paris network, and a national platform to tell their stories.

In the spirit of collaboration and cultivating a culture of empowering extraordinary women, L’Oréal Paris is launching the Women of Worth Fund to support women in creating positive change in their communities. We hope you’ll consider donating to this year’s fund, which will run from August 7th, 2023, to August 7th, 2024. Your donations will go directly to supporting this year’s cohort of honorees and their organizations. To celebrate the kick-off of this fund, L’Oréal Paris will underwrite the fees of up to $200,000 worth of donations made on this GlobalGiving to ensure 100% of the donations go to the Women of Worth Honorees.
