Project Report: A Silent Disease Is Taking Lives in Pakistan’s Villages
Dear Friend,
Imagine living in a village where the nearest hospital is hours away.
Imagine feeling sick for months, growing weaker every day, but never having enough money for medical tests, treatment, or transportation.
This is the reality for thousands of families across rural Pakistan.
Hepatitis B & C are silently destroying lives in poor communities. Many parents continue working while seriously ill because they cannot afford to stop. Many mothers suffer quietly at home. Some people die before they are ever diagnosed.
For families living near brick kilns and remote villages, healthcare is not simply difficult to access; it is often impossible.
This is why your support matters.
What Your Donation Makes Possible
Because of compassionate supporters like you, the Moses Welfare Foundation is taking healthcare directly into forgotten communities through free medical camps and outreach services.
Your generosity is helping people receive:
For many patients, this is the first medical help they have ever received in their lives.
The Reality We Witness Every Week
Our teams regularly meet families who have sold household belongings just to pay for transport to a clinic.
We meet fathers too weak to work but still carrying bricks to feed their children.
We meet mothers hiding their pain because they fear becoming a burden to their families.
Most heartbreaking of all, we meet patients whose disease could have been treated earlier if only healthcare had reached them in time.
A Mother We Will Never Forget
During a recent medical camp, we met Shazia, a young mother of three children.
She arrived exhausted, frightened, and uncertain if she would survive. For months, she had ignored severe weakness because her family could not afford testing or treatment.
When our doctors screened her, she was diagnosed with hepatitis.
Through donor support, she immediately received free medical care and medicines.
Before leaving the camp, she quietly told our team:
“I believed my children would grow up without me. Today, I feel hope again.”
This is the power of your kindness.
Not only treating disease, but restoring hope to entire families.
The Impact So Far
With limited resources but strong determination, your support has already helped us reach vulnerable communities:
Each number represents a human life, a worried family, and a future that can still be saved.
Why We Urgently Need Help Now
Our project goal is $150,000, but after months of fundraising, only $46 has been raised.
The last donation we received was in June 2025.
Meanwhile, the medical need continues to grow every day.
Villages still wait for medical camps.
Patients still wait for medicines.
Families still wait for hope.
Without support, many people will continue suffering without diagnosis or treatment.
Our Vision for the Future
We are working toward establishing a Permanent Medical Center for underserved communities in Pakistan.
This center would provide:
For many villages, this would become the first reliable healthcare facility within reach.
Where Your Donations Go
We are committed to transparency and responsible stewardship of every contribution.
Donation Allocation
All project expenses are documented, monitored, and reported through GlobalGiving updates.
A Humble Appeal to Donors
Today, somewhere in rural Pakistan, a parent is suffering silently because medical help is too far away.
A child is watching their mother grow weaker.
A family is praying for a chance to survive.
Your support can change that story.
Even a small contribution can help provide:
Together, we can bring healthcare to communities that the world often forgets.
Thank you for standing with the people of Pakistan during their time of greatest need.
With gratitude and hope,
Moses Welfare Foundation
