De La Salle University (DLSU) -Center for Social Concern initiative continues to provide critical support to DLSU partner communities and organizations. adversely affected by Super Typhoons Carina, Kristine, and Leon. Through the dedication of local experts, volunteers, and generous donors, we have extended aid to affected families, focusing on relief distribution, community rebuilding, and conscious efforts to pursue sustainable recovery. During Super Typhoon Carina Relief Response (August 2024), There was Total Funds Raised: Php 183,046.00 and support: Relief goods, financial assistance, and community soup kitchens.
The overwhelming generosity of individuals and institutions, mainly through the efforts of De La Salle University (DLSU) donors, significantly aided affected families. The relief efforts provided immediate aid and a sense of solidarity and hope.
