Since 2011 Children of the Night has tutored over 300 prostituted youth for the high school diploma in their home state through ZOOM online one on one tutoring.
From January 1 - May 12, 2023 Children of the Night tutored 912 tutoring hours to 42 students in 10 States.
Most were referred by social workers - these prostituted youth were foster children who aged out of foster care without a high school diploma. Parents, Alumni, Relatives and Friends were a close 2nd in referrals.
An 18 year old girl from Florida enrolled in our High School Tutoring program in February 2023 and it only took two months of tutoring and she passed Florida's High School Diploma. She has been enrolled in Miami Dade College and wants to become a teacher because she loves working with children.
