Through the Working Skills Centre, Reciduca accompanies 50 young people with dropout risk during the last year of school by promoting school completion. During this period, they receive training workshops and they carry out educational practices with the purpose of transmitting tools to improve their opportunities. In Argentina, the youth unemployment rate is 18,2%, from that group, those with more difficulties to access a quality job are: young people of 18/19 years.

From that group, those with more difficulties to access a quality job are: young people of 18/19 years old, women, those that dropped out of school and the poorest. That is Reciduca's target group. RECIDUCA is an non profit organization with more than 14 years of experience, recognized by their work in the community, whose work supports young people to expand their employment opportunities.

80% of the young people who participate in the Working Skills Centre finishes school. 90% of the young people who participate in the Working Skills Centre have one job experience when they finish school. 80% of the young people who participate in the Working Skills Centre are prepared to enter and maintain a first job.
