Greetings to all of our supporters and donors. In this update we can say that despite the many inconviences that we are experiencing such as a lack of appropriate food, medical supplies and personal care items we are holding our heads high and praying that the conflict which led us to flee from our villages and homes will be over in the upcoming new year. Despite limited supplies and resorces we are continuing to reach out and support families who have settled in our area.
Recently we were able to provide a hot meal for our displaced families for the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. Families were grateful for the support and the hot meal and fellowship with the support that we are getting from our supporters and donors at GG. We cannot express the joy and happiness that was on the faces of the members as they enjoyed the hot meals and treats from our supporters. We were all grateful and humbled to be able to participate in these events. We are looking forward to a happy new year!
The Manager of JRCCA legal Dept left Yaounde on12/6/19 --- to visit Mbengwi the Capital of Momo North West Region (NWR) on the 6th December 2019 on a private visit to meet with and discuss with all JRCCA Zonal Directors and our Lord Mayor of Mbengwi with regards to our Memorandum of Understanding with the City Council of Mbengwi that will result in the creation of jobs and Employment for our Youths, families, villages and neighboring communities suffering in the regions.
Hopefully, we will be able to have something in place when it is safe for us to return to our homes and villages in the NW Region--MeETA--in Cameroon, Africa. Despite being a risky venture, he was able to travel to Mbengwi and meet with the Mayor who provided him with a car and driver.
He had a successful meeting with the Lord Mayor of Mbengwi and she was very helpful in providing us with the official number of villages and Zones that make up the Meta Tribe which is amongst the 280 tribes in Cameroon with the map where each village is located. Amongst our discussions, we outlined all the Four Zones and the villages that represents each Zones in the Meta Tribe in Cameroon, Africa.
Dispite the fact that many families in these areas have been displaced because of the on going conflict, the needs of the families who have remained in the area is great. The greatest need is in the area of personal care such as food and medical supplies. The main purpose of the visit was to try and establish a communication network with the villages so that we could coordinate the needs and provide support from our current headquarters.

In Conclusion: While on this visit l also made with the SDO and the lord mayor of city council Mbengwi respectively and discussed with them a few points, collected the Email address of the SDO For MOMO Division North West Region and also handed to him an appreciation letter from JRCCA for accepting to be the technical adviser to JRCCA.
My meeting with the lord mayor of city council Mbengwi, we discussed on the villages that constituted each of the four zones as found on the attachment below. Lord Mayor made a Telephone call with the GC chairman requested him to give me names of and phone numbers of Zonal directors. General Counsel Chairman (GCC) told us he appointed some time ago and he said he will get back to me and still waiting. It was difficult for me to hold meetings to complete my agenda for the following reasons:
1) Communication difficulty, no network, no electricity and Radio program was not possible.
2) Still waiting on plan and budget from each zone.
3) Plans on JRCCA Internship Program for the 2020 working in collaboration with JRCCA Executive Director
4) Request action plan and budget from Director of Construction and Maintence by 31st December 2019
5) In conclusion much thanks to the Lord Mayor of city council Mbengwi who assisted me with a car and a driver for the few transactions made in Mbengwi. On the field l noticed a lot of in security in all over, in Mbengwi, Bome, Njindom, Ngyen-Mbo and Bamenda as there was still gun shots. I therefore quickly returned back to Yaounde on the 18th December 2019 thanking God for his grace and safe Journey.
