At Joy Foundation, we've long been committed to empowering women through comprehensive development programs. Our primary focus is ensuring girls' education, equipping them with skills to stand alongside their male counterparts. However, many girls lack access to formal education, prompting us to establish skill training centers.
Pakistan's current climate underscores the urgent need for women empowerment initiatives, particularly in rural areas where awareness and opportunities are scarce. Alarmingly, rape, sexual harassment, and domestic violence cases are rising. Joy Foundation aims to amplify the voices of these marginalized women, providing awareness and motivation to assert their rights.
Few organizations tackle these complex issues, but uplifting rural women is crucial. Empowered women can speak out against domestic violence and advocate for themselves. Our initiative seeks to:
1. Educate rural women about their rights
2. Provide skills training for economic independence
3. Create support networks to combat domestic violence
We hope to secure sufficient funding to launch this vital initiative
