This year, more planting material (willow cuttings) was purchased in Sweden and transported to Bosnia and Herzegovina, where spring planting is currently under way in three sites of the national power company, Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine.
One team from EPbIH is about to visit CIFOR in Germany in the coming week, for a jointly organized workshop and study tour "Progress and Challenges in the Energy Transition: Insights from North Rhine-Westphalia and the Western Balkans" with energy experts from the Western Balkans (besides Bosnia and Herzegovina also including experts from Serbia. This workshop will take place between 30 May and 1 June 2023.
