Project Report | Sep 13, 2013
A look at 2013 baby season and how you helped.

WildCare Inc. has had both a very challenging and very promising year. We are getting more support and leadership from volunteers and seeing more groups asking for our outreach programs in 2013 than ever before. Which is great for us, this means we are working towards our mission teaching others how to live with wildlife.  WildCare’s foster volunteers saved more than 1000 lives by caring for and housing our wild babies at home by giving one on one care when needed. We've released more than 1500 birds, mammals, reptiles and Birds of Prey back into the wild this season with several more almost ready to go, we  could not have done so without your support.

The challenge is meeting the overwhelming demand for our service. We need more staff, more fosters, more funding and more space. What we do is hard, meaningful and so important.  Everyone is so committed
to becoming even more effective at doing this “valuable” work. We write a new chapter in our story every day. We always are met with challenge, or animals that needs a little more than what we really have to give but we always find a
way and know that it will make a difference. You help make the difference by supporting what we love
to do, and what needs to be done. Thank you.
