During April - June 2026, Bhumi’s Whole School Transformation Project (WSTP) continued to strengthen school ecosystems by supporting student learning, teacher development, and experiential education. Through the Fellowship program, 7,659 students across 39 schools were reached with the support of 132 fellows. Fellows contributed 259 hours to learning and development initiatives during the quarter and worked alongside 359 teachers to strengthen classroom practices and encourage greater student engagement.
Experiential learning remained a key focus of the intervention through Bhumi’s STEM program. A total of 9,575 students across 48 schools participated in 306 STEM sessions facilitated by 21 trainers. These interactive sessions provided students with opportunities to explore scientific concepts through hands-on learning, while building their curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Through a combination of strengthened teaching practices, educator collaboration, and engaging learning experiences, the WSTP continues to contribute towards more inclusive and supportive school environments. By working closely with schools and education stakeholders, Bhumi aims to create learning ecosystems that enable children from underserved communities to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for the future.
