Bhumi’s School Transformation Project (STP) continues to drive systemic change, ensuring equitable access to quality education. From July to September 2024, all 43 trainers achieved Level 2 or higher in the Trainer Competency Map. STP delivered planned STEM assessments and sessions in 100% of active schools.
Trainers were upskilled in SEL, Math, English, STEM, and Eco Champs. The team conducted menstrual hygiene sessions for 720 girls, distributing 350 reusable pads. STP also organized 13 L&D sessions to strengthen classroom practices and collaborated with OpenGrad to onboard 28 students for CLAT and engage 200+ for CUET, NCET, and IPMAT preparation.
