Whole School Transformation

Bhumi’s Whole School Transformation Program (WSTP) fosters systemic change by enhancing teaching quality, infrastructure, socio-emotional well-being, and scholarships. In 2024-25, 30 WSTP schools progressed to Level 3 under the Ignite+ framework, with 75% of active schools on track. The STP team conducted audits across 50 schools, engaging 135 HMs, teachers, and 330 students to assess impact and identify areas for improvement. School-level STEM Expos provided students with opportunities to showcase their learning and creativity. Through structured interventions and continuous evaluation, WSTP is transforming schools into sustainable, inclusive learning environments, ensuring equitable access to quality education for children in underserved communities.
